Launch of Gitugi Smart City Project

H.E. Dr. Irungu Kang’ata, alongside Gitugi Ward MCA Hon. Edwin Wairagu, officially launched the Gitugi Smart City Project in Gitugi Town, Mathioya Constituency. This transformative project includes extensive cabro paving across the town, making Gitugi Market more accessible and improving movement within the area. The cabro works also extend to the entrance of Gitugi Primary School, ensuring students can access the facility more easily and safely. The Smart City Project is designed to enhance urban infrastructure by improving road networks, laying a strong foundation for urban growth. The upgraded roads come with modern drainage systems to prevent flooding and maintain cleanliness in the town. Dignitaries Present: CECM Infrastructure Eng.
