Murang’a County Government department of water has continued to launch boreholes and other water projects in all wards across Murang’a.
This is in an effort by the County Government to ensure access to adequate water in all parts of the County and promote the right to clean water for Murang’a County residents.

H.E Governor Irungu Kang’ata launched water project in Ithiru Ward ,Mutitu village Kandara constituency with Majority Leader Hon Wasary.It wills serve hundreds of area residents. Under Community Projects programme which ensures equitable development in Muranga county .
