Ngararia Ward ECDE Launch
H.E. Dr. Irungu Kang’ata together with Ng’araria Ward MCA Hon. Simon Wamwea and other Murang’a County Officials, launched the Mugaa-ini and Mugecha ECDE Centers in Ng’araria Ward, Kandara Subcounty.
The new classrooms, equipped with terrazzo floors and ceilings, provide a comfortable learning environment for young learners. Students at these centers also benefit from the Uji program, which offers nutritious porridge to 42,000 learners across the county, promoting healthy growth and development.
These ECDE centers not only enhance early childhood education but also create job opportunities for the community, fostering a sense of hope and progress.
They stand as a symbol of the County’s commitment to future generations, proving that investing in education from the earliest stages delivers lasting benefits to society.
